KIMV event in June: Big Data Networking Workshop in Rostock

On 21.06.2022, the Big Data networking workshop organised by KIMV took place in Rostock.

Speakers from industry and research provided an interesting and varied programme:

Sven Schneider (DFKI), Johann Heller (deeeper.technology), Stephan Werk (Miltenyi Biotec) Dennis Marten (JAKOTA Cruise Systems GmbH | FleetMon), Felix Dieckmann (Trebing + Himstedt), Jan Benthin (aible solutions), Anne Schwerk (CENTOGENE) and Henning Falk (GWA Hygiene) presented potentials and challenges of Big Data in industrial applications.

Mario Aehnelt (Fraunhofer IGD), Michael Stiehm (IIB), Anne Gutschmidt (KIMV, University of Rostock), Roger Labahn (CITlab, University of Rostock), Toralf Schnell (Greifswald University Medical Centre), Stefan Simm (Greifswald University Medical Centre), Olaf Simanski (Wismar University of Applied Sciences) and Gero Szepannek (Stralsund University of Applied Sciences) spoke about Big Data methods and solution concepts from research.
The partners of the KIMV event included CENTOGENE, IIB, Fraunhofer IGD and Kompetenzzentrum Mittelstand 4.0.
