The Ontometrics project is an example that good research is long-lasting. Through publications and the availability of the tool online (https://ontometrics.informatik.uni-rostock.de/) the research department of Bosch became aware of the chair for business information systems. The topics of ontological evolution, its evaluation, and the corresponding quality criteria aroused particular interest. Kurt Sandkuhl, Birger Lantow, and Achim Reiz explored possibilities for further cooperation in a joint workshop on November 12th at the research center in Renningen.
