In many areas of the economy and life, changes are occurring as a result of the digital transformation. New potentials are being discovered. At the same time, some of the emerging opportunities are viewed with concern. Within the framework of the joint project "SensAssist2Sens", Rostock business information scientists are researching together with momo GmbH on IT support of processes in the youth welfare domain. This project, which is funded by the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, is mainly supported by GeBEG Rostock and Rasop Dresden as shareholders of momo GmbH.
On 28.10.2020 a workshop on the topic "Digitization in Youth Welfare Services" will take place in the premises of the GeBEG. The aim is the exchange between professional users, developers and researchers. In addition to cooperation partners of the GeBEG, customers of momo GmbH, employees of both companies and scientists of the University of Rostock, representatives of the BMBF-funded project KiJuAssistenz, which is also researching digitization aspects in youth welfare, will also take part in this workshop.
