Walking Robot

Nowadays, self-balancing robots running on four legs can be used to measure construction sites at ground level and the interiors of existing buildings. The professorship is equipped with a QUADRUPED GO2 walking robot for this purpose, which can be used to generate measurement data and develop new measurement methods. Such walking robots can also be equipped with extensions such as LIDAR scanners and robot arms for future applications.

Education Robot

An "Education Robot System 3.0" is available for teaching, offering a way to teach basics of robotics in a self-contained, miniaturized robotics environment based on building blocks. However, this system is hardly inferior to its larger brothers in terms of mobility and range of functions, making it the ideal "playground" for beginners and novel experiments.
