Evgueni Stanoev is interested in the following research topics:
- The modal analysis of finite-element-based multi-mass systems with non-proportional damping using complex left and right eigenvectors of the system
- The calculation of eigenmodes for rotor blades with the aid of a beam model based on the numerical integration of the system of the differential equations of motion for spatially loaded Timoshenko beams. All geometric values as well as the axial, bending and torsion stiffness values of multi-celled rotor blade cross sections are calculated on the basis of the precise geometry and the multi-layered profile design.
In addition, he offers a number of courses relating to various of his research topics.
