Prof. Dr. Rainer Bader, deputy speaker of the CRC 1270 ELAINE, participated at the Info Day of the German Research Foundation (DFG), which took place at the University of Greifswald on 28th May 2024. His lecture and experience report on the topic of “Collaborative Research Centres” took the audience on a journey through the application process for the CRC 1270 ELAINE and informed participants about the importance of thorough preparation and possible obstacles to submitting a draft and a full proposal when applying for a coordinated DFG funding format.
